
CONNOR GOING
Connor is a professional musician and teacher with over 20 years of performing & Kodály experience. While growing up in Glasgow, Connor sang and developed his musicianship skills with the RSNO Junior Chorus, then later as a member of the National Youth Choir of Scotland. As a young adult, Connor went on to study Music as part of an MA at the University of Glasgow, before moving to London to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music, from which he graduated with distinction in 2015.
Since then, Connor has continued to build upon his eclectic and expansive professional portfolio. To date, he has performed in several internationally-renowned venues, such as the Royal Albert Hall, the Smetana Hall in Prague, Amsterdam's Concertgebouw & the Kennedy Center in Washington DC. He has also performed multiple international tours with new stage show 'The Choir of Man' and features on the original cast album as 'Piano Man'.
In addition to teaching music (LRAM), Connor also works extensively as a session singer in London. Over the past 18 months, for TV&Film, Connor enjoyed working on the most recent series of 'Britain's Got Talent: The Champions' as well as recently released Netflix feature film 'Eurovision'. He has also performed as a backing vocalist for artists including U2, Craig David & Imogen Heap - with whom he recorded vocals on the Grammy-nominated soundtrack 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child'.
